She specialises in the Inner West and Inner City areas. Rhiannan primarily works with home buyers who lack the time, relationships, or experience to manage their home search themselves.

Rhiannan covers Sydney for Evaluate and Negotiate, and NSW-wide for her Remote BA service. She is a residential-only buyer's agent, and her primary clients are first-home-buyers and single women. Rhiannan also works with Property investors.
Services
Full Search: Sourcing-to-settlement including strategy, on- and off-market sourcing, inspecting and shortlisting, property price evaluation and due diligence, negotiation, and managing the process.
Collab Search: The buyer handles the upfront searching and inspecting and provides Rhiannan with their shortlist; She then evaluates, negotiates, and manages the process. Rhiannan will also provide access to off-market properties.
Evaluate and Negotiate: Once the buyer finds a property, Rhiannan evaluates the price and conducts due diligence. If the client decides to proceed, she negotiates and manages the process.
Remote BA: The buyer searches and inspects and provides Rhiannan with their shortlist; she remotely evaluates and negotiates on their behalf, or jointly with the buyer. The buyer manages the process with my guidance. This service is NSW-wide.
