My licence and qualification 

I am required under the Corporations Act to provide you with the following information; 

  • Jessica Gerken (AKA Brady) is an authorised representative of Paragem Pty Ltd ABN 16 108 571 875. Jessica’s authorised Representative No. 001259972 AFSL 297276, and Corporate Authorised Representative No. 1305567 . Jessica, falls under the corporate authorised representative (ASIC 1258972) of Paragem Pty Ltd. She on behalf of Paragem Pty Ltd is responsible for the services she provides. 
  • Jessica Gerken (AKA. Brady) has a Diploma of Financial Planning. 

What advice can Jessica provide ?

While Jessica is currently providing general advice information through The Greenhouse program and Evergreen program, Jessica Gerken (AKA Brady) can advise on the following product area; 

  • Provide financial product advice
    • Deposit and Payment Products 
    • Deposit and Payment Products - Non-basic Deposit Products 
  • Government Debentures, Stocks or Bonds 
  • Life Products 
    • Investment Life Insurance Products 
    • Life Risk Insurance Products 
  • Managed Investment Schemes, including IDPS

  • Securities 
  • Superannuation - All 

Restrictions: Superannuation excludes SMSF.

Fees - services provided and fees charged 

There are set fees for the services we provide to you, and these fees will be agreed upon and confirmed to you prior to any service being provided. Discounts & bonuses may apply.

Current fees and charges are detailed below and are GST-inclusive:

  • The Greenhouse Money Growing program: $997 for an upfront payment, $1,068 for 6 months, or $1,188 for a 12-month payment if paid via an instalment payment.
  • The Evergreen Money Club: $99 per month or $950 per annum.
  • 3 Day Challenge: $79
  • Clarity Calls: $350 for a one-hour call.
  • Investing for Doctors: $500 for a one-hour call.

 

We may require payment for workshops, webinars or events which will be disclosed to you before purchase.

Jessica Brady and her staff do not receive any commissions or additional payments apart from the fees paid above and are paid via a salary agreement. Jessica may receive a bonus or dividends when Wealth, Health and Heels makes a profit.

 

 

Potential Conflicts of Interest 

No Independent Ownership - Paragem is a wholly owned subsidiary of Count Limited, an ASX listed company that provides services to financial advisers and accountants in the areas of licensing, training, education and client engagement. Count Limited has a material shareholder, HUB24 Limited, which offers a leading investment administration and reporting platform to the Australian marketplace. Paragem was previously owned by HUB24 as such if you use the HUB24 platform, some of Paragem’s employees and representatives (Jessica) may benefit financially by virtue of being shareholders in the company. Should you ever receive personalised financial advice, this will be disclosed to you in the Statement of Advice, where applicable (this service is not currently available). We are obliged to always act in a client’s best interest and will only recommend the use of the HUB24 platform if it is appropriate to do so. We would also continue to use other platforms to implement our investment advice and you are free to request your adviser use an alternative platform if you would prefer. 

Payments we make to others 

We believe that the best endorsement you can give us is to refer Jessica Brady and The Greenhouse to your friends, family and colleagues. From time to time we run promotions to encourage referrals. We may also obtain referrals from professionals such as accountants or other financial planners.  

Please note that for clarity calls referred to us by Glenn James or SYMO interactive Pty Ltd, $50 will be paid as a referral payment. Referrals for our other programs, clubs or courses will be made at a 10% referral payment.

Please note that for clarity calls referred to us by Emma Edwards or The Broke Generation, $50 will be paid as a referral payment. Referrals for our other programs, clubs or courses will be made at a 10% referral payment.

Further information about referral rewards, including our reasonable estimate of the amount of any amount payable and how it is calculated is available from us on request. 

Complaints Process 

Jessica Brady via Paragem is committed to providing quality general advice to our clients. This commitment extends to providing accessible complaint resolution mechanisms for our clients. If you have a complaint about any of our Financial Advice, you should take the following steps  

Contact your Adviser - Jessica Brady 

In the first instance, please contact your Adviser who provided you with the particular service and tell them about your complaint and they will try to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly. 

Internal Dispute Resolution 

If you have raised your concern with a Paragem Authorised Representative and the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction, our Dispute Resolution can assist. There are three ways you can lodge your complaint:

Please provide full details of the complaint including: 

  • Your full name and contact details 
  • Your Advisers name 
  • Provide all supporting documentation 
  • Clearly identify the resolution you are seeking 

We will begin the process of investigating and resolving your complaint. We will try to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 5 business days however some complaints do take more time than others. We expect to resolve all complaints within 30 days. If we do not resolve your complaint within 30 days we will advise you of the reasons for the delay, you have the right to contact the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) if you are dissatisfied, as well as AFCA’s contact details.

External Dispute Resolution 

If you do not feel your complaint has been resolved in a satisfactory manner, or if you have not received a response after 30 days, you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, or AFCA. 

AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers. 

AFCA accepts complaints in regards to either: 

  • a financial planning or advice matter; 

 or 

  • a superannuation matter
