Services Offered & Remuneration
WHAT ARE WE LICENCED TO PROVIDE TO YOU?
Our AFSL authorises us to provide general advice only in relation to the following products:
1. Deposit products
2. Debentures, stocks or bonds issued or proposed to be issued by a government;
3. Life insurance products (life insurance, income protection, trauma and TPD insurance)
4. Managed investment funds
5. Retirement savings accounts;
6. Shares & Securities; and
7. Superannuation
HOW DOES Jessica Brady GET PAID?
Fees - services provided and fees charged.
There are set fees for the services we provide to you, and these fees will be agreed upon and confirmed to you prior to any service being provided. Discounts & bonuses may apply.
Current fees and charges are detailed below and are GST-inclusive:
The Greenhouse Money Growing program: $997 for an upfront payment, $1,068 for 6 months or $1,188 for a 12-month payment if paid via an instalment payment.
The Evergreen Money Club: $99 per month or $950 per annum.
3 Day Challenge: $79
Clarity Calls: $350 for a one-hour call
Investing for Doctors: $500 for a one-hour call
We may require payment for workshops, webinars or events, which will be disclosed to you before purchase.
Jessica Brady and her staff do not receive any commissions or additional payments apart from the fees paid above and are paid via a salary agreement. Jessica may receive a bonus or dividends when Wealth, Health and Heels makes a profit.
We believe that the best endorsement you can give us is to refer Jessica Brady and The Greenhouse to your friends, family and colleagues. From time to time we run promotions to encourage referrals. We may also obtain referrals from professionals such as accountants or other financial planners.
Please note that for clarity calls referred to us by Glenn James, SYMO Interactive Pty Limited or Emma Edwards, The Broke Generation, $50 will be paid as a referral payment. Referrals for our other programs, clubs or courses will be made at a 10% referral payment.
Further information about referral rewards, including our reasonable estimate of the amount of any amount payable and how it is calculated is available from us on request.

DISPUTES OR COMPLAINTS WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A DISPUTE OR COMPLAINT
We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. If at any time we have not met your expectations – or you have a complaint about any of our services – please inform us so we can work towards a resolution. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint promptly, thoroughly and fairly.
HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT
If you have a complaint, we request you follow these steps:

3. We will respond seek to resolve the issue.
4. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact our External Dispute Resolution Service (it’s free).

Jessica Brady has the benefit of a Professional Indemnity Insurance policy maintained by MoneySherpa and required by the Corporations Act and which meets ASIC’s requirements.

We may collect your personal information directly from you when you attend a live event, webinar or request a professional referral; however, we do not share your information with any third parties without your consent unless required to by law.
