The Greenhouse is
Accessible
With no ivory towers in sight, get accredited general financial advice (within legislative limitations) and access to quality, reliable, unbiased information at a fraction of the cost.
Community
Feel at home in a judgment-free space where you can safely let go of unhelpful money memoir and learn habits that set you up for financial freedom and success.
Accountability
Regular touchpoints so that you can get the support you need — from gentle taps on the shoulder to not-so-gentle kicks up the bum — to make meaningful, measurable progress towards your goals.
Values-driven
There’s no money on a dead planet, so we combine ethical values and financial savvy to create a better world for us all.
Worthy
To have financial freedom, you must invest — in yourself, in your habits and in the market — but to want to invest, you have to feel worthy. We want to help people build a strong foundation of self-worth.
Generous
We generously support people to achieve freedom and independence, because freedom and independence = choice. Choice in how to live, how to spend, and where to spend, and those choices don’t have to make sense to anyone else.
And most of all, Real
Serving financial realness that is tangible, practical and grounded in the real world, not the reel world.
The Results Speak for Themselves
"Love Jess’ work & authenticity, she was exactly what I needed. Earning money isn’t enough, Jess truly showed me how to turn my ‘money situation’ around. As I often say, trust the professionals (except for the boring ones) it’ll pay off… from being in quite a bit of debt free to buying my first house before turning 40… the proof is definitely in the pudding!" - Craig
"After Jessica simplified the complexity, importance, impact and role that my money story to date has played in my dismal finances and fear of money, I knew I had backed a winner. And the way she fearlessly approached the exercise of getting me to positively flip the script, so I could attract money, good fortune and feel good about it was nothing short of amazing!" - Rai
"Jess has been amazing over the past 5 years from helping me create a personalised and effective budget and investment plan, to advising me on bigger life purchases and strategies such as saving for my first home deposit. Her guidance, knowledge and caring yet professional nature is second to none and I couldn’t recommend her higher." - Nicholle
"Real, raw, no BS! The incredibly intelligent and personable. She breaks the stigma and gives women the tools to get into the driver's seat of their own financial future!" - Grace
"Thank you Jess. I feel so good. You’ve brought so much light, love and empowerment into my world, and I know you do the same for so many others. Cheers" - Ian
"‘I have told so many people about you and often they don’t think they can afford it. This breaks that cycle of thinking and gets them on the right path!" - Megan
