TECHNOLOGY:
  • I can’t log in, how can I reset my password? 
    • You can reset your password by using the ‘forgot password’ button on our login page. Add in the email address and hit send recovery info. 
    • You should then receive an email with a link to change your password that will expire within 6 hours. If you have any further questions, please send us a quick email at [email protected] and we will reach out to you as soon as possible. 
  • How do I access the course module through the app? 
    • You will need to download Kajabi and Kajabi community to access the content from your phone. You must ensure that the email address that you used to create the account is also accessible on your mobile so that the email verification link will work or else you will be routed to a 404 page or an apple page. 
  • I am having trouble understanding how to complete a worksheet. Can I get a tutorial? 
    • If you are having trouble completing the worksheet, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your question and we will be happy to assist. You can also ask questions on the community page or during our community calls. 
  • My direct debit didn’t go through what happens now? 
    • Unsuccessful payments for 2nd and 3rd instalments are generated by the system and you will receive an email from us. 
  • I would like to update my 2nd and 3rd instalment payment information 
    • You can do this by sending us a quick email at [email protected] or call us at (02) 9307 3112. 
  • My posts in the community are not appearing.  
    • There may be a short delay seeing a post you have submitted on the community page.  
    • Should it still not work, try logging-out and logging back in. If your post is still not there, email us at [email protected] and we will investigate.  
  • What applications do I use to access the program/modules?  
    • You can use either the web by logging in here or by downloading the Kajabi application 
  • What applications do I use to access the community board? 
    • You can use either the web by logging in here or by downloading the Kajabi Communities application. An invite should have already received an invitation for this.  Should you wish to receive the invite on a different email, feel free to email us at [email protected] 
  • What applications do I use to access the community call? 
    • We are currently using Zoom to do the community call. We may soon enough migrate into using the Kajabi Community to do the community call. We will keep you posted should that happen. 

  

COURSE CONTENT:
  • Do you have any programs after the Greenhouse program is finished?  
    • Yes. Stay tuned for more info. 
  • Is the content just for Australians? 
    • While a lot of the course modules aren’t country specific, we do focus on the Australian retirement savings system, superannuation, Australian personal insurance and estate planning needs   
  • How long does each weekly session go for?  
    • The weekly module’s videos are 6 x 5mins(ish) videos, designed to take approximately 30 –45 minutes each week to watch. You can watch them all together or individually depending on your schedule.  We also ask that you allow another 30mins or so to do the program work per week (or more if you wanted to deep dive into non-essential options). Our weekly community call will be roughly an hour every Monday night between 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm Sydney Time. Note that holidays can affect this schedule.  
  • Is the community call live or can Jess do it at any time during the week?  
    • The weekly community calls are live and scheduled. The program’s educational materials launch every Tuesday morning and can be done anytime during the week. The program is designed to be completed weekly, but it can be actioned at your own pace, and you get lifetime access to the course so you can come back whenever you need to rewatch and learn. 
  • Is the course strictly for females? Is there an age limit? 
    • Definitely not! The Greenhouse program is designed for everyone (specifically for Australians). There is no age limit however, if you are already retired you may not get the most from it because we talk about how to put your income to work. 

 

YOUR COMMITMENT:
  • I can't make the scheduled community calls, are they available afterwards? 
    • All community calls are recorded, so if you are unable to make a call you can watch it at your own leisure. 
  • Can I have access to the information after the 10 weeks is up? 
    • Yes. You will be able to access the course indefinitely.  
  • I’m not sure I can commit to the full 10 weeks of learning right now; can I do part of the course now and be part of the next intake too for the one price?  
    • To get the most out of the course the content drops each week for 10 weeks and we have weekly community calls to iron out any question and to discuss extra topics however, I get it, life is busy, and that is why we have allowed you to work through the course at your own pace and the calls are recorded.  You will have access to the course modules, exercises, videos, and recording of a community call, for much longer.

  • Do you offer one on one advice? 
    • I’m currently not offering financial advice to members but I’m happy to provide you contact details of some amazing advisers I know or have worked with previously.   
  • Are you a qualified financial adviser? 
    • YES, I am a qualified licenced financial adviser, which means I know my stuff. I’m currently one of only a few licenced financial advisers offering general advice courses in Australia. 
  • Do you ever do real life community meet ups? If so, where can I learn more? 
    • I’m hoping to organise a few community meet ups this year. Sign up to our newsletter to learn more.   
  • Can you speak at my work?
